In order to access TeamViewer, both the client and the technician must be logged in, and then the client provides us with a code that allows our techs to access his or her computer for that particular session only. Once the meeting is finished, our technicians no longer have remote access to the client’s system. Once we access the client’s computer, he or she can see every change that we make while in the system, allowing you to keep track of and follow along with our work. In addition, the client can communicate with our technicians via chat. This way, we can walk you through every step of the process, and handle any concerns on our end or yours.
